I honestly wish I could put them a zero star. The manager is rude and was cussing their customers out when all I did was ask for... a refund on a meal that I did not receive. They didn?t even give me a refund for the whole menu, only the sandwich itself. Pitycustomer service skills at the most!! Definitely lost a great customer Read more
Really good for fast food. The food came out really quick. Through the window we did see an employee touching their face which... doesn't seem very hygienic when dealing with people's food. I'm a little weird about germs though and it may not bother others. Read more
Love Arby's but this one's been having trouble with staff and it's a little slow sometimes but usually the food is pretty good... you can't go wrong with the beef and cheddar. I'm just disappointed they don't have the mozzarella sticks they used to have backin the day those were so much better! Read more
Like most Arby?s, prices are low and the food is good. Our cashier was friendly and efficient. She did deliver this... disappointing news: potato cakes are served only at breakfast! We hope this is not at all Arby?s, but we have not been toArby?s in many months. So I won?t deduct a star. The pecan chicken salad sandwich is my favorite. Here it was HUGE! Anddelicious. Husband had the classic roast beef sandwich meal, with curly fries since potato cakes were not available. Our boothwas clean, and at 1PM, they had steady customers who seemed pleased with the place.
