I been going to this Burger King since 2010, for the longest time it was eh, an occasional indulgence, but these last two times... If I could leave a 0 * I would!! Manager took order for people in front of us for Dine in and then tells us she can't take dine... in orders and locked the doors.I understand being short staffed but to be rude about it is ridiculous! My coke freeze was dripping all over my car. We spent a solid ten minutes in the drive thru waiting. We watched the staff member... overfill one of the two drinks we waited a solid five minutes when we finally got to the window. We didn?t order food simply twodrinks and they couldn?t even manage that much without making a mess for US to clean up out of our car. I ordered myself a #2 combo. (large) which is a Double Whopper, FF, and Drink on 7/20/22. I noticed when I got home, my FF were... missing from the bag. I drove back and went to the Drive Thru to let them know. No one was there to assist me. I honked thehorn. Still, no help coming! I pulled around to the side to walk up to the door, but it was locked since the restaurant closesat 6pm. (Initially, I had ordered at 7:30pm) So then I tried driving up to the Drive Thru one more time, but going to thespeaker instead and not the window. I was waiting to be acknowledged only to see a girl (Lisa) running out of her car (fromsmoking her cigarette)to the restaurant while talking on her headset to take my order. She was the only one working thatevening. I told her that I was coming back for my FF that she had forgotten to put in the bag. No apology from her for ANY OfTHIS! She made me feel like a inconvenience. So then I asked for another FF for my trouble and she gave me a face that wasn't sovery nice. I'm usually a pretty understanding person since I work in the restaurant industry, and I know how places are shortstaffed, but the customer service here was at its worse! Read more

Really wanted to try chicken fries, and my husband had a chicken sandwich. We also wanted to drink coke which they were out of. ... Sandwich was awful, it was cold and the bun was so hard you couldn't chew it. Fries were cold, the chicken fries cold. Needlessto say we will not go there again.
