The reason I give this place 5 stars isn't because this is the best long john silvers I've ever been to .. the people who work... here are pretty cool is why , talked to the manager about football a few times .. food is always hot ???? tea always taste good???? Read more
We ordered two meals the boy ended up doubling our meals making us pay for four meals and drinks also. we were standing there... waiting. a worker come up to the front from the back to help the new guy that was helping us he had on nothing but a whiteundershirt most people call them wife beaters. The area we were standing at was so slippery I almost fell. The whole diningroom floor was slippery with grease there were French fries and other food on the floor underneath of everything there was dust and food on the table all of them almost were dirty. It was not bust at 2 other ppl in dinning room and a few drive up windows.there was wallpaper healing off of the walls in several places had black spots under it may have been mold didn't get that closeto it. Our order was wrong after they charged us too much ended up telling them don't worry about it just give me boxes I willtake it home. It was an all-around horrible experience and never have I ever had that before at that Long John Silver's but ithas been years since I have been there. The manager you could hear her in the back cursing and yelling. There was a blatantdisregard for people being in the dining room trying to eat their meal peacefully with their family. The place needs cleaned and repaired. Inside were several areas that needed work. The floors were so slick I almost fell. Had... to wait 15 mins for more food to be cooked but it was fresh. The staff was nice and helpful. Read more
Terrible service! No one responded at the drive through for over 10 minutes. I figured they may be short staffed. 3 cars in... front me drove away but I couldn't tell they were not served becaue it was around the corner. I looded through the widow ans saw2cworkers and a customer chatting at a dinning table. Geeeez! Put up a sign if you are not serving! Read more
The fish and chicken were hot. But the slaw was warm. The lady who took our order was friendly and we got our order a few... minutes later. The dining area needed cleaning and the AC must have been broken. Also noticed food on the floor in the food preparea. Read more
What can I say? Went thru the drive thru at 2 pm and had to wait 30 minutes before getting to the window to pay. Got home and... was shocked about the quality of the food. The only nice thing I can say is the lady at the window was nice. Maybe if thegentleman that was out by the dumpster smoking the line might of went faster. Sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes when hewent out there to smoke. What happened to Long John Silver's use to be the best not now. Read more
1330hrs I was here. Got 2 orders clam strips and Pepsi. The drive through attendant forgot about my Pepsi. He didn't charge... me for it when I said something. He just replied " return the favor " he was awesome and very polite. Thank you have awonderful day!!! Read more
