if i could give this store a zero i would. the food is good. but some of the staff are not. when i was taking my order the girl... ?dyra? doesn?t listen very well either. i said no onions and chicken very clearly and she still continued to get it wrong. it?svery pathetic. i went up to the counter to order some mac n cheese n the worker Matthew had a very bad attitude about it. Theonly decent worker there is Lori. she has always been a really helpful person and her as a manager was well deserved. the otherfront of the house workers are lazy ! they like to stand around and talk. and stand back and let other people do their work forthem. it?s a shame. so glad chris is gone he was rude and not a very good boss. he doesn?t have good listening skills anddoesn?t know how to treat his workers properly. all in all the only very well mannered and hard working person working in thefront is lori. The baked potatoes tasted old like they were from the day before. Both our soups were cold. When I asked them to replace them,... they heated them in the microwave and brought them back out. My kids wouldn?t touch their food and I had to buy another soupjust to get something to eat in them. I've been to this McAlister's no less than 40 times, and I have to say that at least 95% have been positive experiences. The... world will always have people who don't come back because they get below average avocado, but I will continue to go to what Ibelieve to be the best overall fast-food restaurant in Jasper! Even though I don't work here anymore just because it isn't my type of place, the food is amazing, the service is typically... amazing, Chris and Brandon are awesome at their jobs along with Haley L. They provide #1 service of course 2 of them aremanagers one over the other and Haley is a regular associate. They do great work!!! The food here is amazing. I love theircranberry club and their Mac n cheese. I'll probably order the same thing for my entire life. Read more

Way to overprice matter fact it was Unbelievable how much they charge I?ll never go back and their potato that they want to... charge $10 for was super dry.
