Their prices have went through the roof. On top of it, there was no ice in the soda fountain, no large lids, and we had to ask... for ketchup packets at the counter because the ketchup dispensers weren't put together. A teenage female employee was sittingin the lobby on break, sharing her rap music with everyone else in the dining area. Some people were clearly hurrying to leave. When I took my son to the bathroom to wash his hands before we ate, there was a couple teenagers hanging out in there. One ofthem sitting on an overturned trash can. The soap dispenser was also empty and detached from the wall mount. It wasn'tanything like what you'd expect from a McDonald's in this area. Maybe downtown LA. But, not southern Indiana. One of the better McDonald's, in my humble opinion. I do not frequent any McDonald's, I must admit, but they are everywhere and... "Quantity has a quality all it's own". You can order ahead, and it works fairly well. You simply indicate at which curbsideslot you have parked, and you need not even exit your vehicle. For those looking for a McD's, I would highly recommend. Read more

I go there every morning for coffee, I pay almost 1$ more for extra caramel, tell me why I NEVER get extra caramel? Almost every... time I get NO CARAMEL. They owe me a refund for all the caramel they have shorted me on lol. Wouldn?t recommend. Breakfastbiscuits are always hard and disgusting. Fries are never fresh, and they always cheat you on drinks. Never fill it up to thetop, always at least 2 in under. Read more

South side McDonald?s seems to slowly be loosing its care for good service and food display. Many times my food came out and had... food dressing?s all over the wrapper condiments were sloppy. One time I bought a McRib and instead of telling me they were outof the main breading for that sandwich they decided to put a big Mac bun on it instead without even mentioning it. Read more
Waited for 30 minutes for food then when we finally got it everything was over cooked. The kid at the front counter had an... attitude so I didn't even try to correct a wrong order he put in. The only good side was the woman putting the orders in thebags. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would...I just got home from paying $ 8.30 for a mcrib and fries... got them out of the bag the... fries are of course ice cold and the mcrib has not a drop of bbq sauce on it and the top bun is a hard as a rock... when areyou guys ever going to get it right? Read more
