People must be reviewing the wrong McDonald's, because this one is usually pretty good! I mean, now a days it is hard to get... piping hot accurate food anywhere, but when you order and 3minutes later get your food, you should not expect " cooked to order" quality. Slow service, cold fries, and the crispy chicken sandwich was dry and no good. BIG bummer of a visit.
South side McDonald?s has been on a downward slope, probably due to the lack of workers. Anyway they literally made my McRib... with a Big Mac bun without asking if that was okay since they ran out of the OG MCRIB BUN.. instead I got my bag looked at ithungry as all get out opened it right away and saw it was breaded with a big Mac bun?????asked them why, they replied with weran out.. okay so you don?t mention that to someone when they first make the initial order. Honestly the worst place I've ever ate.i ordered a crispy chicken sandwich.the chicken wasn't all the way done the lettuce and... tomatoes looked old.i got a frappe and got a chunk of something pink so maybe meat? I'm not sure, but I will not eat thereagain. Read more

Manager was rude when confronted with a problem about store cleanliness. Needs an attitude check. Every single table was filthy... and the floors were too! Husband was disgusted trying to use the ketchup dispenser. Half of the drinks are out of order. Weasked the manager if someone could clean the lobby and she yelled ok thanks and walked away with an attitude while my husbandwas trying to talk to her. She then came back and said she's aware the store is dirty and sent a guy to sweep a small area.Meanwhile the tables are still filthy and it's not like the store is busy at all right now. Employees are standing aroundlaughing with each other. This place sucks definitely go to the other location by dominos. They're nice, clean, andprofessional! Read more
Low quality food, half full gravy bowl, I think since McDonalds has upgraded thier staff it's time they upgraded food quality... and quantity of products and the decorations are to busy an need to be more simple and of one color no patterns. Read more
