Let me tell you that salsa is fire! I had the burrito Chipotle and I have absoulty no complaints. Amazing 10 outta 10. My wife... had the fajitas she says the same. Cooked to perfection and the hot plate cane hot hotter than any other restaurant we haveever visited in the past. Read more

I love this place! I have visited family a few times and always go to Mi Jalisco at least once before I leave! I wish this... place would move down to florida haha! The margarita is insane! I don't remember how to order it... but I get the largemargarita no salt! The pic is below! It is HUGE! I love it! It is yummy and strong! We all know how I love a strongmargarita! I usually get the fajita burrito which the pic is below, but now I am in love with their carne asada! I hate whensteak is chewy but theirs is so yummy and easy to chew! While in Jasper, I had the craving for some Mexican food. This restaurant was close to the local shopping strip malls, so I... ducked in expecting just another Mexican restaurant. This place is not just your average run of the mill Mexican place. It hassome truly unique dishes. Upon entering the establishment, I noticed it is not super huge and seating is somewhat limited. Therestaurant was clean both inside and out. The waitstaff was friendly and pretty quick. I ordered the Enchiladas Spinach andChicken. A dish consisting of a grilled chicken breast covered with sauted spinach and roasted poblano sauce. It came with softcorn tortillas on the side and lettuce with pico and sour cream, as well as a side of rice. The meal was delicious. There wasenough there I had to take some home. The unique dish was very good and a nice break from the norm. I also ordered a Tamarindodrink which was 16oz with house tequila, margarita mix and fresh tamarind. This drink was also delicious and you get yourmoney's worth. Pros: Nice employees, clean restaurant, delicious food, unique options. Cons: None. Overall the experience wasexcellent. I was not expecting the unique dishes. I highly recommend this place, in fact I will be returning to try a few othermeals. Read more
