I went to this rally?s today God bless that poor man that?s working inside there people he is doing his best he was taking... orders doing the cooking and getting everything out as fast as he could three workers he said were supposed to be there todayand they did not show up that?s a shame you get a job you need to work you don?t need to be calling in but I praise this man andI hope he gets some of the best stars because he is doing awesome by himself so everybody that can you need to go support him atrallies Read more
We traveled into town for a baseball game and afterwards dropped by with the team bus and players. The guy at the window... immediately started asking the guys about the game, teasing with them and really making the experience a fun one. The food wasgood and fresh, but the customer service was what made the trip a lot of fun. Thank you! Read more
Rallys is almost as bad as Taco bell in this city. Everytime i give Rallys the benefit of the doubt they fail me like usual.... Food is never freshly cooked. Fries are undercooked and full of grease. This day we went I give a five stars The food was fast and fresh. And that's the best way to enjoy Rally's Fry's is hot and... fresh. Always got friendly service it's just a hit and miss sometimes when it comes to those hot fresh fries. Read more
Took forever to get our food so long in fact they ask us to drive around the building and come back thru the take out drive.... Then upon opening the window 1/2 of the french fries spilled all out and we had to wait while they cooked more. I thought wewould get all fresh fries but no we got the cold ones that hadnt spilled out of the sack. Also several of the burgers were wrongthe way the kids ordered them etc. No cheese, mayonaise on them instead of plain it was a 60 dollar dinner disaster for us andthe kids. I had a great experience here last night actually. A young worker (I think his name was Rico?) Went out of his was to give my... dog a box of chicken bites. It warmed my heart, and when I went to pay him for it, he wouldn't accept my money. He was such asweetheart and a good employee. I've had other previous encounters there with some incredibly nice employees. So as far as theirworkers go, I give them 5 stars. Their food however, I only give them 4. Read more
Well it's Rally's ,good ol greasy food easy going down & easy coming out !!!! Make sure your close to a restroom.
