Stopped into Sonic on our passing through Jasper. I order the foot long coney and my wife enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger. The... Blue Coconut slushy was heavenly. The wait for food was minimal. The only complaint I could express was that my cheese stickswere slightly overcooked. Thank God for this Sonic and the two gentleman working last night. There's not much open late in Jasper besides bars, but these... gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate the late night travelers tonight. As far as Sonics go, this is definitely one ofthe better ones. The food was cooked well, not overcooked as I find many Sonic locations to be. They did forget the lettuce andtomato on my husband's burger, but for 2 people staying open late to accommodate us out of town folks, I was happy that was theonly mistake. We'd get much worse at other fast food locations. I love the breakfast all day option. The sausage burrito is afavorite of mine. The boys got cheeseburgers and both said they were very good. I don't normally order food because it is always sub par. I get drinks specifically through the app to receive the 1/2 off... discount which are always good. Ordered ahead food for my daughter and I and was disappointed again. All of our food was cold.Cheese wasn't melted on our burgers and the pickle fries were inedible. Pretty dissatisfied that I spent $3 on pickle fries thatwere so gross we threw them away. We live 3 min away so I don't know why the food was cold. Won't be ordering food again. Read more
First visit here, and the only thing that tasted good was my sweet tea. The onion rings tasted like they were dipped in cake... batter, ???? and my popcorn chicken well, there was very little, I mean maybe 1 or 2 pieces actually had chicken. It was allbreading! Only because I can't give zero stars. Waited 30 minutes for food but saw other people getting theirs finally flagged down an... employee and asked them what was going on. He was then very condescending and pushed the button and said that's how you order.We had already ordered thirty minutes before. A lady finally came on the intercom and asked what we hard ordered. After relayingthat information she told us our food had been given to another stall a while ago. How that could happen is beyond me butfinally they brought our food out to us and everything was horrible. It was all either over cooked and burnt or undercooked. Wehad left once they brought the food out because we were already late for an event after waiting over 40 minutes after everythingwas said and done. We decided to call it a night and drive an hour back home. I was polite as I could be but was very frustrateddue to how we were treated and all the mistakes. First time at this Sonic. Every stall was full, and the driver thru was nearly wrapped around two sides of the building. We... still managed to get our drive thru order in a timely manner. Not too bad! The food was great! Read more
My husband works for door dash and when he got a notification for a delivery, it said sonic but it was already passed 10. So we... went to double check and the night crew there was freaking amazing!!!! They went ahead and made the order we went to pickup!!!!!! They were so kind and friendly!!!!
