Well, like normal Jasper Taco bell, they messed up my order! Ordered 12 beef tacos, 12 chicken , got 24 beef with chicken! Got... other items, not any were what I ordered. Did order online, it would not let me select "drive thru " pick up, only "grab&go". Get there and the dang doors are locked! Had to wait in the drive thru anyway! ???? GUESS I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM TO JUSTTHROW SOME FOOD IN THE BAG, BECAUSE I NEVER GET WHAT I ORDER ANYWAY! Read more

Decided to go to Taco Bell last night walked through the door right behind two other guys about 9:10 one of the girls in uniform... ran up to me and my co-worker and said we couldn?t place our take out because the dining room was closed but let the men infront of us dine in??? I looked at her confused and all she did was look at them and shrug her shoulders and locked the doorbehind us. So I waited in the DT for 30-40 minutes and they tell me there freeze machine is down? I?m in town visited and wasreally hungry after a 10 hour shift and I?ll never be coming back here. I work as a manager in fast food and would never let myemployees treat customers like that. I am a fan of Taco Bell. Although I don't get a chance to 'eat out' very often these days, this particular location was... convenient on a busy day trying to prepare for the next 10 days over the road. The parking lot was empty so it seemed a goodtime. We wanted to take a short break and dine in to escape the hustle of the day but service was so slow we ended up taking itwith us instead. I always ask for no tomato and although they got it right on one item, the other ended up a mess in the carfrom having to pick them out of the shredded lettuce. The chalupa shell was hard as well. As we were leaving the dining roomI had made the comment that this had to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I won't be stopping at this location again. Read more
Entire staff decided to go to break at 1:20 PM and leave drive through unmanned. 3 people walking back from smoke break and no... one answering drive through. Dine in service has never opened back up. Major issue with management at this location. Read more
Dining room opens @ 10:00 (despite website saying 0800). Breakfast burrito maybe 1 teaspoon of egg and 1 teaspoon of sausage. ... Breakfast crunch wrap about the same. If you actually want sausage/egg/cheese I suggest BK for the same price. Read more
