Broth very good! Not a fan of carrots in ramen (corn is in season and would be SO much better!) but pork was fantastic. Pork bun... also good, although pricey for the size. Read more

We got ramen here while skiing at Jay peak, they have a cool little outdoor seating area with a firepit. Great ramen, you can... add pork, an egg, etc, and the smell of sesame oil is fantastic. Take out only, but there are so many good places to sitoutside, on a nice day this can't be beat. Also so cool that it is in one of the old Jay Peak trams! Read more

Ramen was excellent, got spicy miso, added extra spice, bamboo shoots, and egg. Got the pork onigiri with it. Was more than... enough food. Full of flavor, perfect thing to stay warm on the slopes. Read more

The last time I had Miso Hungry was in 2014. At the time, Miso Hungry was running out of a food truck/cart in a ski shop parking... lot in a faraway corner. I remember ordering the biggest and spiciest ramen they had in a paper cup bucket. It was some of thebest ramen I ever had. Read more

I had to get a bowl ever day it was so good. And then two on my last day. I was there for a hockey tournament and it was well... worth the walk in the snow in my flip flops. Best ramen I ever ate. Read more

Real tasty authentic hot ramen right on the ski slopes! You have to be kidding the place is unreal; it's cooked in the old... cabins and you can eat it around the fire pit or in the cafeteria. The soupe itself is really tasty the noodle have the righttexture and the egg is cooked to perfection. The only thing they could improve is around the ecological bowl, the starts leakingif you eat too slowly. Read more

This ramen was very much appreciated after a hard morning of snowboarding at Jay Peak. Recommend by a friend - and Miso did not... disappoint. This is the exact meal I needed. So warm, so flavourful, so fresh. The staff are amazingly friendly as well and veryknowledgeable about the resort. Wish I could visit regularly but alas Jay imany hours away from home. Read more
