In the nicest way possible, please train your employees how to make your hash browns. Every time I get them they are black burnt... and soggy. Not every Dunkin is like this. They just need trained how to make them lol..???? Read more

Stopped for some doughnuts today around noon. Had a very small selection to choose from and not much of them were good.
Service from the Short haried female manager was sub par. This place is alway out of donuts and coffee. At 430pm on a Tuesday... you don't have coffee or at noon on a Saturday. Hopefully they fire this girl and get some profit loss and customers back. 5days a week coffee drinker goes elsewhere. Wonder how many others made that decision. Read more

Ordered hasbrowns at 630 in am. It took like less then a minute to get my food. They weren't even warm. So I went back in n told... them. They made me 5 new ones but there were burnt. So wen I seen that I just kept them n won't b going back to that one again Read more
