Best pizza around ! Good food and great service.
Called to put my order in. The women who took my order seemed rude in her tone of voiced and rushed. Told her what I wanted and... then didn?t give me a total and said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for pick up and hung up the phone on me. At that pointthere was no way I was going to give my money to a place who?s customer service is that rude. So I called back and the same ladytried to answer the phone in a nicer voice. When I told her that I want to cancel my order because her attitude is terrible shetold me ?good?. I hung up the phone without saying anything else. That is horrible customer service. The employee who took our order was very kind, so I am unsure of the reviews talking about rude people. Our order was quickly... and accurately made. It tasted great. The prices aren't too bad. Everything is increasing due to cost all around going up.Product and man power cost are going up. That gets passed to the consumer. The business cannot be expected to give things for noprofit. They're a business, not a charity. I'd definitely return. I am glad I overlooked the negative reviews. Read more
I'm from eastern Pa originally. Where New York style pizza is huge. Since moving out here, I have tried countless different... pizza shops. Hungry Hanks is by far the best I have had in this area. Read more
Can?t review the food . I wanted to try this place for a while now. Well 1 day on my way home from work I thought I?d call in an... order and pick it up . After all the questions and wanted to know all my information like I was applying for a car loan orsomething after all the questions I hung up . I wasn?t asking for delivery. Best pizza in the area, surpassed only by the customer service...the family that owns and runs the business are the best! My son... has a milk allergy and could never have pizza until now! They have a vegan pizza that my son loves...he can?t get enough oftheir pizza now...awesome! Huge thanks to the entire Hungry Hanks family!!! Read more
