My soccer team stopped by after a game to grab some food for the road. It was Halloween, and they had some really nice and cute... decorations up. The service was questionable in some steps(cashier didn't know the prices of some items and dropped one of ourcookies), but for us walking in without notice it's expected. Whoever is making sandwiches is horrible. These was 3 strands of lettuce and the sandwich was a cold cut but was soggy. What is... happening to the service of these fast food restaurants? Where are the managers at?????? Too add this place is so slow. Me andothers in line waited in drive-thru for 15-20 minutes for someone to take my order. The place is slow not even busy. Aside from the fact that I love subway and never eat enough of it, when I stopped in for dinner à few months ago, I lost my... Steelers hat. A couple days ago, I grabbed lunch and to my surprise, one of the employees that was there that night asked me ifI ever found my hat. I was impressed because even I had forgotten! Very nice staff! Ordered food on their app at 6 for 645 pickup. Restaurant had a sign that said they were closing at 545. They for sure took my... money and I didn't get any food. I go to submit a customer service ticket (where you have to select a store) and this locationdoesn't even show up on the map! There's no way to call a subway customer service line either. Really let down with thislocation and subway as a whole. Read more
