Placed an online order and get home and the nachos only had the hot toppings and none of the cold toppings. Specifically put 2... salsa for each meal and none were in there. Very frustrating when you play $10+ a meal. Read more
I'm very disappointed in the last few experiences eating at the Jefferson location. The steak is very overcooked and difficult... to even chew. They put regular chicken instead of spicy chicken on one burrito. And also forgot to put the cheese dip in the togo bag tonight when I came in. I've always loved Barberitos, I hope this location can get it together. Read more

The line moved slow due to a large call-in order that they were working on. The tortilla of my burrito tore as it was being... wrapped up, but they steamed another and took care of me and apologized for the wait. Friendly and seemingly overwhelmed staffand the food was really good. The wait made me mark it down some. Read more
got a pickup order & they just started when I came through the door, one of the workers offered me a large drink while I waited... & gave me a large cheese dip (I ordered a medium) and a cookie (I didn't order it) in addition to my order. They were so sweet &my food came out fast !@ Read more
I eat Barberitos with some frequency, and this is by far the most disappointing of all their locations. Both our mobile orders... to this location were missing several items, and the salsa tasted like it'd gone bad. I had to go looking for the chicken in myburrito bowl. I guess I'm lucky it had any chicken, because the bowl was missing nearly all my add-ons. It's remarkable to methat you can forget to add cheese to a burrito bowl but remember the mushrooms. This is the best Barberitos I have been to. The employees are friendly and helpful. It is a go-to lunch spot for our family.
