We?ve eaten there 4 times since it was sold. Three times inside, every time service was extremely slow. Spent a minimum of two... hours there each time, even watching other tables get served that we?re seated after us. Tonight we called in for a pick uporder, even tipped $10.00 for a pick up order. Upon getting home we were missing two of our orders. Called Beefs, spoke with 3different girls, they didn?t know what to do ( I could hear them discussing it in the background on the phone). One wassupposedly a manager. I had to step in and say you need to make my two orders that I?ve already paid for, plus they would notgive any type of discount. Needless to say it?s taken two hours again to get the orders right so we could eat. A simple apologywould have been nice but didn?t get one. Offering a discount would have been nice but didn?t get one. Asked for a discount andstill didn?t get one. This family will no longer spend our money there. Read more
I would check no stars , oh well. Waitress took our order then 45 minutes later we walked out as we were informed she left and... didn?t place our order she took from us. What a joke because we had to speak up to even get that info. This wouldn?t be so badif we weren?t extremely hungry and most days go straight from work to kids sports so supper is later than normal. Not the best Beef O Bradys I've had. But good. While the waitress was as nice as can be, service was lacking. Had to get up to... ask for refills, never got plates we asked for, asking for condiments took a minute....She was working too many positionsthough. Short staffed I imagine. Read more
A little disappointed with the service and food. Service started off bad wish I could tell you our servers name but she didn't... tell us and we literally seen her 3 times and once was because we asked to see her other people checked on us, I never got arefill on my drink. Didn't get to eat with my husband, because my food was a mess.Ordered a BLT and I literally got 2 pieces ofbacon, one and half soggy tomato and some shredded lettuce but the tomato was covering it. Sat there til it was cold and finallygot up and asked someone for help. Had to get up for our own silverware. The kitchen did make me a burger which was fabulous andthe lady that brought it out was extremely nice. Had to go through another server to get our check. So just a bad experiencehere! I'm torn on my opinion tonight. I had the fish and chips with grilled shrimp. I thought it was done pretty well. It's a simple... dish, not much to do as far as dressing it up. It had a good taste. My wife had shrimp tacos and was disappointed. Tortilla witha dressing, 4 shrimp and shredded cheese. Not really going out of there way to make that one a winner. It also appeared to bewarmed up frozen shrimp. Really... You can do better. The atmosphere was nice for a basic sports pub. Our service was not great.Several items were forgotten and we didn't get the first refill on our drinks. Honestly the visit left me with no desire toreturn. Read more
Came in on a Friday around 6, place was pretty empty, there were 3 young ladies talking behind hostess stand... Took a sec to... get attention. There were only 2 of us... One of them sat us in the secondary room which was freezing even though the main hadat least 6 empty tables that I could see. We sat chatted and I kind of took notice that at least 3 tables were sat and assistedafter us in the main room. We were not once greeted and do not feel that the brief interaction at hostess stand would haveresulted in us being ignored... We left after 15 minutes....
