The pizza was absolutely delicious. I wish I knew the young man's name who was at the cash register. He was very kind and... helpful. He came from around the desk held the door open for me and helped me carry my order to my car. When I placed my order online for delivery the website said 30 to 40 minutes which is just fine. After about 1.5 hours and... still no pizza I called the store and the lady who works there said that there were no delivery drivers and that she tried tocall me 4 times and I did not answer. That part may be true because I get horrible voice calls when I am at work and sometimesmy phone does not ring. However, I did click the box for text message updates and provided my phone number. When I called thestore the lady said that she had worked there for a long time and have NEVER heard of the "Text Message" or the "Website PizzaHut Pizza Tracker" feature. That's sad Pizza Hut!!! Man the Pizza Hutt where I live has gone down here lately. The biggest issues is there seems to be a discrepancy between how... long until our pizza is suppose to be at our house in the email receipt and the reality of when the pizza is acutally going toget here. Normally, the emailed recepts states that we should be getting our pizzas in about 30-50 minutes. However, the last3 times we have ordered from PIzza Hutt, the actual time was over 2 hours to wait. Sadly, everytime we have had to stop what wewere doing to have to go get the pizzas from the store. I just wish that some how the time on the emailed receipt would beanywhere remotely close to the acutal expected delivery time. Read more

My pizza took 2 hours to get to me. All my food was cold, no one notified us that there were only 2 drivers, which changed our... time from 20-30 minutes to 60-70. A little over the 70-minute mark, I called, and they informed me of the situation, so then Ineeded to go pick it up myself. It was cold and I am NOT happy with the way this went. I would have picked it up if I knew inadvance. This happened before and the manager called us to let us know, so we could come to pick it up, and everything was fine.This time, we had to call ourselves, and the lady working acted as if it were our fault.
