This place has got to be the worst Taco Bell ever! Went there last night and to start the employee taking orders was rude and... short. Then they made me pull to side which isn?t the problem but they brought the food and not the drinks. So I went to tellthem but the doors were locked. There was two employees inside that just stared and gave rude looks. Finally had to go backthrough the drive thru to get the drinks. After we got home we tried to eat what they considered Taco Bell. The crunchwraps hadnothing in them. The soft tortillas were stale. There was no meat hardly at all. This place is just all around terrible. Alsomade us sick the next morning. Read more
I ordered 2 quesadillas and this is what I got. When I took the food back to thw door I was told that they were made correctly.... Not only were they missing 90% of the insides but they weren't even warm. By far the worst service I've ever had there! Read more
Slow service, somethings always broken, pretty sure the employees were fighting, and every single aspect of the order was wrong.... I'm pretty sure they used tortillas that were sitting out for days and didn't even bother to sear them. The way the ingredientswere packed was either very scarce, or 2x the amount needed. I live one exit up and have tried to eat here several times. Wither they are out of literally everything and have an attitude or... they just don't take orders at the drive through and leave people sitting there for half an hour. This truly is the worst ranand operated fast food restaurant I have ever been to multiple times. Hopefully it will get shut down so a place that actuallycares about it's community and it's food can take it's place. I think hate is the proper word for this place. Read more
I happily pulled up with increased anticipation for a juicy hot taco SUPREME. As I waited at the order screen for 15 minutes, my... salivary glands started to water due to the 1080p ads. Glowing radiantly in the sunset. After salivating long enough, I pulledto the window. To my amazement The lady at the window didn?t have her headset on. One must wonder how communication works. Iplaced an order for A supreme taco and received a regular taco. The disappointment was grand. I was then told to pull to theVIP designated pick up area. I sat there for a lonely 5 min. And wondered if I still had friends. I gathered the courage to goinside due to social Anxiety. An employee by the name of TARA replied to my inquiry about my damaged taco with an attitude FULLof unnecessary roughness. My food tasted rancid. Food was barely even wrapped so everything fell in the bag. After taking a bite of my Gordita crunch it... tasted like stale tortilla chips that have been expired for a while. Not to mention very skimpy on the meat. Girl working drivethrough had the worst attitude and didn?t look welcoming at all. After eating half a burrito I threw it away because itliterally tasted like dog food. Guess I should have looked at the reviews before even coming in. Read more
I love Taco Bell. I have probably ate in hundreds of them over the years in numerous states all over the country. This one is... by far the worst one EVER. They are slow, normally out of important things like shells, the staff is rude, orders are rarelycorrect, and my favorite, the last two times I went two of our items were inedible due to some weird chemical taste on theshells. Many times you go to the drive thru and they tell you they are only serving KFC. I?m not sure why they stay open. Besides not providing service that would keep people coming back, they don?t seem to have an interest in running it. We arefinally giving up and will never go back. Read more
Just went through the drive-through on the way home from work, grabbing an easy dinner. The three hard tacos were so wet they... fell apart before eating. The hard taco shells also tasted like they sat out for a week. They completely forgot the quesadillafrom our order, and after making it all the way home, we had to turn around and go back to get it. I tried to call the storemultiple times but there is just a busy tone. We ended up spending $35 on a dinner that we mostly threw away and ended up eatingleftovers after all. Read more
