The food was really good but this place needs to work on their employees and give them proper training on how to deal with... customers when the employee doesn't give the customer the correct change back instead of raising their voice and making it outto be the customers fault because someone put a 1 dollar bill in the 5 spot this place really needs training Read more

Root beer is great and loved the ice cream. My only complaint would be everything I asked to not be on the burger still came on... it. I just took it off, but we were one of the only people there so it seemed like a simple request. Very friendly service,would eat here again! Read more

I come here for the made fresh root beer alone. The food is pretty good too! My only complaint would be the way the staff... dressed and conducted themselves, during my last visit. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand wanting to be comfortable,but at least some professionalism should be upheld. The outfits the employees were wearing were very unprofessional, even for afast food joint. One of them was in baggy sweatpants, another in a tank top and fairly short exercise shorts. The way my mom,husband, and I were treated was also unacceptable. We came in about twenty minutes before closing. We just needed a quick biteto eat. Upon ordering, the lady at the register told us "We close in fifteen minutes, so you need to sit on that side of therestaurant because she is sweeping the other side." We had no problem sitting on that side. However, her tone of voice was notpolite and there was no please to it. We brushed it off, grabbed out drinks, then went to find a seat. After chatting with mymom and husband, we decided we would just take our food to go as we didn't feel welcome. I went to the counter to let them knowwe would just take our food to go, but the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones tonotice me. I went and sat back down at the table. It took them about ten minutes to get our food ready and bring it to us. Weate quickly, then disposed our trash. (We were done and out by 9:15PM) As we walked out, the employees did not say a word to us.Not so much as a "thank you" or "have a good night". As someone who has worked in the customer service business for 10+ years, Iunderstand that dealing with the public can be a grueling and exhausting task, but you still need to uphold standards and berespectful. Is it frustrating when someone comes in right before close? Yes, but I was taught that you never rush a customer,whether they come in five hours before close or five minutes before closing. We will definitely be back! Even tho the store looked a little outdated and the drive through person working was clearly just... there for the money and didn't have any interest in showing good customer service. the food however was done perfectly done anddelish! Which is the main part. The fries and chicken sandwich was super moist and seasoned. The fries were crispy on theoutside and nice and soft in the center. I don't recommend the sweet tea it wasn't sweet and tasted old. Those who drink teawill know exactly what I mean with that. So overall a good experience because of the good food. Read more

I normally enjoy going to A&W. I worked in a local A&W for 10 years. My wife and I went here for a meal shortly after 8pm. The... waitress was rude, the burgers were cold and bacon was cold and rubbery. I nearly choked on the bacon. The waitress yellsout to the dining area, "Are any of you needing a refill! If you do, go to the front." She was too worried closing down thedining area then customer relations. This is the worst experience, I've had at any A&W. Read more
