Very few of the staff are nice and/or respectful at all. It seams like they have a tough time keeping the drinks stocked alot of... days. I hear very unprofessional and very inappropriate joke or comments made almost every single time I go in. I find that I'drather the kitchen staff help me check out then the staff who are supposed to meet you with a friendly face and actprofessional. I have been very disappointed with this store for a rather long time now. I mean I should know, I was just firedbecause of other staff lying about me when Camara footage would clearly show the truth. To sum this place up, it have ratherpoor customer service, there have been many complaints about the staff and management there, sent to corporate and even taken tothe store manager. The store still remains the same. New management would make the store 1 million times better. Read more
Pizza 10 minutes late. Not fully cooked. Ordered half supreme and half pepperoni. Got 1/3 supreme and 2/3 pepperoni. May never... go back! Read more
I ordered a large taco pizza with no veggies and 20 piece wings when I arrived to pick up my order and they were really nice... about adding them to my order after my pizza was already done got home to eat and my pizza and wings were delicious thank youand great job keep up the good work and thanks again. Terrible customer service! Every time I walk in there, the employees don?t greet me at the door or say anything. I?m a paying... customer and I don?t like how they treat me and other customers. The warmers are barely full and if there is, it is old food. Iwaited 15 minutes for a sub one night and the guy saw us but proceeded to keep cleaning. I believe his name was Scott. I wouldlike to add that the manager isn't any better. She is never in a good mood when I come in the store and she always looks grumpy!Better off going somewhere else. Read more
Went there on break and asked them to make a simple Italian sub sandwich the person in the area didn't know how to make a foot... long sandwich at all.. she proceeded to cut the bread in half before even putting any toppings on it at all. Then she didn'tknow what type of meat was what or how to even put it on the already messed up 6 in that my order has become. She went and got atoothless cashier to help who didn't wear a hat or hair net at all. This cashier wasn't any better as she did not know the meatseven though the diagram was clearly placed in front of her. She still put the wrong type of meat on my sandwich even though Itold her exactly what ones to put on it. After the 15 minute ordeal of trying to figure out the meats we finally get to theactual toppings. At this point I'm dumb founded. The toothless cashier realized that they didn't even put the paper wrap down onthe counter and then tried to place the 6 inch sections of this terribly made random meat sandwich on the paper and afterputting handfuls of rediculously portioned toppings just lettuce tomatoes pickles and a small amount of onion ( I literally saida small amount) but I guess that means 2 handfuls of onion. And Chipotle and ranch, and she decided I need honey mustard andheavy MAYO and squirted that bottle all over the f**kage that this mound of sandwich salad this order has become. This toothlessincompetent employee then tried to close this sandwich one 6 inch sections at a time and completely blowing out the sides of thebread. She then attempted to hide the fact that my sandwich is completely and utterly destroyed and she attempted to wrap it inpaper. ( I say wrap but she actually just crumpled it into a ball and shoved it into a plastic sandwich bag to give me) she thesmiled at me and said I've done a lot worse as spit flew from one of her many missing tooth slots.
