Feel kind of bad for the 2 workers with no ability to make any decisions as far as management would be concerned. No manager on... site of course. Seriously limited hours for a long time now due to a shortage in staff. Long wait times for food. Sad thatthis is one of only a few options in town, they really need to step it up. Online ordering was not available. They calledtheir mgr, who wouldn't do anything for the customer- discount was online only. Basically you're just screwed all together ifyou choose to eat here. Grandkid was sent with a 50 dollar bill to get her dinner. She got steak. Her usual. Was shorted money and they kept telling her... she gave him a 20. Nope it was a fifty. Poor kid had to face her mom like that. Finnally got money back after several calls andvisit. Very bad experience for 10yr old. Read more
We ordered curbside delivery. Did not bring it out. Order was done online. Requested to be toasted and neither sandwich were... also one was a meal didn?t get the drink or chips. You should not offer online delivery if you can?t make what your customersrequest. Read more
I ordered one of their premier wraps, the turkey,bacon, guacamole, to be specific and was up charged for the bacon and... guacamole. They do not offer the $5 dollar footlongs at this establishment either. The funny thing was as I was leaving anothercustomer walked out complaining about how he was price gouged as well. Went in to get 2 foot long subs and a kids meal on 2-23-18 at 1:35pm right after my 6 year old son was sent home from surgery.... There were 3 people in line in front of me. There was this lady working there and on her name tag it said CATS and she took hersweet sweet time making any subs. She looked like she'd been doing drugs. 2 guys came in and waited behind me. CATS finally gotto the man ahead of me and he was quite irritated as well as I was at that point and he finally paid and left. She got to myorder now. She didn't correctly cut the kids meal sub the way it was supposed to be. It was half the size it was supposed to beand put only 1 slice of turkey on it! My boyfriend's sub was alright. But MY sub was ridiculous! As soon as she started makingMY sub I had been there for 30 minutes and I was wondering why is this woman working alone! The 2 men behind me, obviouslyregulars and must know the people working, asked where's her other helper. She looked up and responded that she must be in thebathroom or something, haven't seen her in a while. The guys behind me were joking around about possibly seeing the other workeroutside smoking. This started making me angry. I paid for my food, looked for the name of the other person who was supposed tobe working, her name is Michelle by the way and I left. Got home and we ate our food. So may I remind you I was fine juststarving that day. Later that night I started feeling bloated and sharp pains in my stomach. Went to bed just to wake up at 4amthe next day with food poisoning! Here it is going on day #3 with it. I've lost out on 2 and a half days of work so far! I canbarely keep anything down. I too weak to stay awake but can't sleep because I'm in too much pain and I'm either too hot or tocold. My brain hurts like I've been hit by a truck. Something needs done about it and asap!
