It was an incredible night last night as my wife and I did not expect the service we received. The best way to explain our... waitress is by saying we wish more waitresses were as skilled as she is in people skills, organizing, and just pure customersatisfaction. For the life of me we cannot remember her name but we did ask for the manager to come to our table to praise herto him. She was so excited and even mentioned she made he4 week. To be honest she made my week in the area much better by justsomeone sharing the old fashioned southern hospitality. She was polite and respectful even commenting on our son and daughterwhom are babies . All too often we get servers that are passive and way to busy to keep up with tables. Some lack customerservice skills and others just don't care. She was none of these, in fact I hope this message could get to corporate and she beacknowledged. She was fairly young with blonde hair. BWW please reward and retain ladies such as her. Would love to see her ona training squad for your company! PS the food was great as well. Not to leave out the kitchen staff on this one. Read more
Customer service was pretty good. My waitress was attentive and very well mannered. The wings weren?t cooked through initially... so I received another batch. The second batch were a bit better but I left 3 behind because they were chewy. I still paid andtipped of course. Very spacious BWW right ..no masks were worn but there was social distancing. Been coming here regularly now for the entire football season. I generally sit at the bar, have a few beers, order some food and... just hang out. Lacie and gabby and all the bartenders are super friendly, attentive and engaging. Food always comes out to orderspecifications and managers are friendly. Read more
If I could not give a star I would. They are horrible. The one on Veterans were better. My wings were so dry. They only seasoned... the top . The people at the counter were very much ghetto children. I almost forgot how old I was. Read more
the place sux. they made me wait 20 min to sit me at the bar. the place is not even that busy and the bartender Carla keeps... complaining about ppl not showing up for work. but then employees are leaving and then she states who is going to bring the foodout. I just flew into town and this is not like the Buffalo wild wings I'm use to in Fort Lauderdale. the bar is trashed. theguy next to me left 20 minutes ago and his dirty dishes are still sitting on the bar. the guy next to me stated he wanted 25minutes for 10 wings. I had hopes of coming here every night that I'm in town, but this is making me reconsider going torestaurants around here. Read more

Every time I?ve come here there?s always a problem with being served in a timely manner . Most of the time we?ve waited to be... served for up to 20-30 min max before we choose to leave . 7/10 times our order gets messed up & is wrong . Other times we areignored . Tonight is different though which is why I chose to rate 3 stars . We got seated around 10:03pm and no one came up toour table . We waited about 17 minutes until someone in the kitchen happened to see we still had menus and no drinks . He askedif we had been waited on and we said no . Within 10 minutes this man has gotten us our drinks , plus refills , at least one ofour sides and an appetizer we ordered !
