Ordered one of the holiday coffees, peppermint velvet ice latte, picture shows it hot, received it on ice and the staff... proceeded to argue with me. No apologies, no offer to remake it. It went in the trash. Waste of money not to mention, have beenat the hospital since 5am waiting in the cardiac unit. Just pain RUDE. Read more

Awful Service. This was my first time visiting the PJs in Oschner Medical Center. The cashier rang up 2 orders wrong in a row... including mine. One ordered a Honey Oatmilk Latte and received a regular coffee. And when told that the order was wrong, thecashier told her no that?s not what I rang up. I ordered a Large Iced White Chocolate Latte and received it hot. And when I saidit was supposed to be iced, they said no you got hot. I said well can I get it iced? They poured out some of the hot coffee andadded ice to it, but the quality came out watered down and lukewarm?. Super unpleasant experience. And the staff didn?t seem tocare or take the time to remake my coffee. Paid $6 for terrible service ????. Please do yourself a favor, and save your moneylol. Read more

Stopped by around 5pm. A lady was throwing away pastries in entire plate. I asked three of the pastries, and she picked up and... packed for me before throwing at the trash can. Charged $13. Payed anyway. Something didn?t make a lot of sense. Read more
