Worst experience! Will not return. Placed a on mobile pick up for 5pm. Still sandwiches between double lane drive threw. It is... currently 6:15 pm. My 5 year old daughter used the bathroom on her self because we are stuck in line and can?t leave. Inaddition to having it advertised on the door and online that the lobby was open. The doors were locked and lobby was not open.Short staff is no excuse for the timeframe of having people STUCK in line over an hours and haven?t even reached the window yet. Read more
The chicken deserves 5 stars. It was hot, crispy, and moist. Absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened... my box. The two pieces of chicken, consisting of a breast and a thigh, were large and had a thick crispy batter. THIS is thePopeye's chicken that I grew up with. Bam! This place nailed it! The side of French fries were good. They were hot when I gotthem. I'm not a huge fan of battered fries but these were satisfactory. Of course, you have to eat them right away or they willbe cold when you get home. The other side of red beans... "Where's the beans?" Omg! The container had two-thirds of rice init. Hardly no beans at all. The miniscule amount of beans that were there were very tasty, however, this was a side of RICE. Very disappointing.
