I prefer the store on Clearview. Staff there seems friendlier. This store didn't have spinach which I prefer to lettuce
This place is woefully understaffed and understocked. This is the third time I've received poor service at this location. I... placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 12:50 (ordered at 12:25), when I arrived at 1:15 to pick up my order, they had notmade any of it. I was made to wait to get my order, as they do not have the ability to refund or cancel orders when they cannotfulfill them. Then, at 1:35 my order was FINALLY ready, but the sandwiches were ALL made incorrectly. One had incorrectcondiments, one had wrong veggies, and the third was missing ingredients. I finally left at 1:50 with all three sandwiches.There were no other customers in line ahead of me when I came into the store. I was informed that the owner was attending afuneral, the manager was in Florida, and the staff here cannot help me at all. Beware: they randomly close the drive throughand will let you sit there without notice AT LUNCH TIME. They do not put out any signage to indicate when they are no longertaking drive-thru orders.
