Took family and friends out for dinner before my son's play ... Pizza crust was soggy in the middle on the hand tossed crust and... one guest did not receive their drink they ordered even though they asked for it again twice after we were served. I knew thepizza crust was soggy but didn't know about the drink until after I paid and we were at the play or I would have said somethingthen. We don't eat out much but it seems Pizza Hut is not as good as it used to be years ago. Read more

We are from Boone and the Pizza Hut in Jefferson, NC was amazing! It was quiet and relaxed which was really nice for our son who... is autistic. We were able to order something affordable since we are on a budget and our waitress was very patient and kind tous. The food was delicious and we had a great time. Even though we are getting a Pizza Hut here in Boone, I think we wouldrather come back here. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the price was perfect for our budget. Incompetent is the word that best describes Jefferson PizzaHut. I ordered on line and paid online. Sent my son to pick up our... order and they made him pay again.
