They seem to be trying but the lack of on duty staff is making the customer experience poor... I'm sure the employees are... looking for employment elsewhere, I know I would be.. Any employees reading this... Life is too short to trade chunks of yourtime on earth for hectic work conditions that don't leave you satisfied with a level of accomplishment at the end of your shiftor at least a heavily padded paycheck. Second time there in the last 6 months and it was utterly filthy! The bathrooms were totally disgusting both times! One car in... the lot the employees were sitting in the dining room and then told my brother the dining room was closed because the diningroom closes at 5:00 on Sundays and yet it was 4:27 but we weren't allowed inside the order.... So due to the disgustingness ofthe bathrooms again and the way we were treated by the employee we left without even ordering! To think that two times we havebeen there that the place has been filthy & disgusting! Since I had to give it a star I did. But this restaurant doesn't deserve any. Not clean, food was terrible looks like they just... stopped it together. On May 21 my uncle was taking care of me because I?m in a quadriplegic. We decided to order Hardee?s on the app. I ordered... chicken tenders and fries and he got a burger and fries. When he arrived to pick up the food they told him their deep fryer wasbroken. They kept his receipt and wrote his name on it because they couldn?t refund because we purchase through the app. I endedup with a ham sandwich which was pretty good and he had a burger, obviously no french fries. My son-in-law picked up the owedchicken tenders meal for me the next week and it was pretty good. We attempted to get chicken tenders there again last week andthey advised us they were sold out. So we didn?t buy anything there. I can?t understand how a deep fryer at a fast foodrestaurant would be so poorly maintained that it would break on a Saturday at lunchtime and not be fixed till the followingweek. I stopped by today on my way back home from a wedding. I've never been to a Hardee's before and it didn't disappoint. The food... was great and the two girls working at the counter were very friendly and helpful. They made it an even better experience! Read more
