The morning shift manager of McDonald's in Jefferson Texas is not professional at all.I made it to McDonald's at 7:05am in... my Semi Truck trying to come in, to order my breakfast, this (bad build (yellow) African American lady) which is the manager ofMcDonald's just looking at me at door about 10 minutes NEVER CAME TO DOOR, (remind you)the McDonald's sign in door window says(lobby open at 7am) here it is now 7:15ish ,so I decide to walked around to drive thru window an asked her "what time does thelobby opens" this bad build (yellow) African American lady ,(which) is the manager of McDonald's has the nerves to tell me "thelobby will open when the next person come" so in other words, I'm going to open when I get ready. So I goes back around to otherside an wait about 10 more minutes at door ,here it is now 7:25 am Never open the lobby ,so I decided to leave. .It's was 4people including the bad build yellow African American manager of McDonald's working. My (?) is how many people do you need toserve an (mf ) sausage McMuffin and apple pie. The bad build yellow African American is a B.....ch..doesn't deserve to be anManager of Shid. Read more

Great MDonalds. Fast service, even in the drive thru. Convenient also for breakfast, since the Executive Inn across the... street we stayed at lies and says they have a complimentary breakfast (they don't). Read more

Worse drive thru ever. Currently sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes for one burger with fries and a drink and a 10 pc... nugget. Several customer actually got out of there cars and walked inside of the store. I didn't know why, I do now. Nevercoming back. Read more

Placed mobile order at 7:22pm and waited on spot 4. We watched drive thru get served for 30 min while waiting. People came and... went. Finally called them at 7:57 and they said they only had 1 person on drive thru and one cook and they would get to us whenthey could. Finally at nearly an hour of waiting we left. Still no food. We had 2 kids waiting on happy meals but yet people whoshowed up in drive thru while we waited for happy meals got theirs. They had no wait time! They were ignoring everyone in themobile order spots. Other people left too. So once again I'll have to dispute the charge on my credit card since we got none ofour food at McDonald's. More than once I've been forgotten sitting there in mobile order spots or I wait a long time and thenthey come out and tell me what I ordered on app isn't available. Rediculous...they always say ask for refund on the app whichdoesn't exist. This mcdonalds used to be good but it's obvious they don't care about their customers here. They are rude anddon't care if you ever get food or not. It's a disaster. We love mcdonalds but ive had it with this one. Read more

We waited well over 20 minutes after placing our order through the mobile app. It was 9:05am when we arrived. Order was placed... 10 minutes prior. I had to go to the actual dining room, only to find out that it was locked. There is a sign that clearly isposted to the door, that the dining room on Saturdays is open from 7am-7pm. (I have a photo of this) When I brought this totheir attention, they simply shrugged their shoulders. What is the point in having a sign on the outside of the door statingdining room hours, and then not opening the dining room? Finally, the order was wrong. We paid for extra cheese on a ChickenBiscuit, and didn't get it. Yes it's $0.40 cents, but it's the principle of the matter. In Texas, there are no restrictions ondining in, and have not been in two years, from the government due to COVID, so why is this location's dining room closed in themiddle of the day? Other restaurants in the area, including their competition, have open dining rooms. In fact, I cannotremember a time in months that the dining room has been open at this location in Jefferson, TX. Seems like they have employeesthat don't want to have to do their job. What I found especially amusing, in a sad way, the worker on the locked dining roomcleaning the bathrooms, like there had been a rush of customers. Do not recommend. Read more

Called ahead for 18 cheeseburgers 4 fries and 5 - 10 piece nuggets. Took 20 minutes. They told us only running 1 flat. Whis... fault us that for customer service? 20 cars went through drive through while we waited. Then not a single onion on any of thecheeseburgers. Read more

Where's the booster seats? Traveling with 4 kids you would expect to find some booster seats for the smallest one, but NOPE. ... Sweet tea tasted like dirt, and forget trying to order at the counter as nobody came. Asking another customer they recommendedusing the Kiosk. And CNN on the TVs. Woulda been better to not even have TVs (McDs probably gets paid to have CNN on the TVsanyways. Wouldn't stop here again on the next road trip. Read more

I can honestly say this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I live in Jefferson and visit this location quite a bit. At... least once or twice a week I go through the drive thru or use my mobile app. Every time I stop by I am greeted with friendly andprompt service. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get food if it's around lunch time, but it's never an unacceptably longwait time. The food is always delicious and the iced coffee is always made perfectly. This place is managed very well and everyemployee deserves praise. Well done to Jefferson TX McDonald's! Read more
