What?s the point of curbside pick up. Ordered our food on the way. The app wouldn?t let us place the order till we were in the... parking lot. Sat at the stall for 20 mins. And still had to go into the store to get our food! Place is a joke. Read more

They dont take orders at the counter anymore. Instead you have to use a kiosk that is filthy and flies swarming around it. ... When ordering i entered our table in the play area ony to have another customer tell me my food was waiting at the counter. Whats the point of asking for my table if they dont deliver it? Read more
I?ve been going to this McDonald?s for the past 5 years thanks to its close location to my workplace and let me tell you when I... say this is the WORST McDonald?s I?ve been to, I mean it! No place is perfect, working fast food is hard work and you deal withterrible, entitled a-holes who have zero respect for the people who are literally handling and making you food but even givingeveryone the benefit of the doubt this place is pure garbage! Poor wait times (10-20min+), poor service by workers who nothingbut children who should not be working in fast food or any job for that matter, the cookie cabinet is filled with more fliesthan cookies, the store is permeated by old ppl, the gross smell of over used dry oil and the overall feeling of dread, despairand depression. You?d have a better dining experience if you went out back and tried to order food from the local animalpopulation. They should do everyone in Jefferson, WI. A favor and close that McDonald?s down and let it slide into the abyss offailed restaurants bc constantly hiring ppl to keep this joke of a McDonald?s open is nothing short of a tragedy. Took grandkids there because of the playland which was filthy. Good thing we had wipes to clean a table, When we got our food,... one item was missing. Had to convince her we didn't get it. She rudely said we'd have to wait. Another person who had gonethrough the drive-through was also waiting for an item she was charged for but didn't receive. Read more
This location has really went downhill the last couple years, but recently it's gotten worse. Day shift is great! Night shift is... terrible. They are rude, impatient, and can be heard loudly talking badly about customers because they want to go home. And yes,that's including the manager. Like...we get it... we'd all rather ve home... but don't treat paying customers like trash in theprocess (especially when we've been nothing but nice). No other McDonald's in the area is this bad. Spend the extra time anddrive to Fort or Lake Mills or even Creek so you don't have to deal with this. Read more
Waited for over 20 min to get my food. Staff was more concerned about standing around taking than taking and making orders.... You're better off to drive to Fort Atkinson or Johnson Creek for McDonald's. Read more
Normally I have great experience here but today was just awful. I had ordered a 2B only ketchup. Meaning no pickles, onions, or... lettuce, very self explanatory. However today when I order the 2 cashiers @ around 2:40pm took it literally. Which was fine so Iexplained that I still wanted the patty and bacon and cheese on there as well, along with the buns. I had to explain this 2-3times then again at the window before paying. I proceeded to get just the patty, bacon, cheese, and ketchup. No buns just in atray as is. I don't know what was going on whether those boys were new with no supervision or if they were high on something butthis should be corrected please and thank you. Read more
