Awesome BBQ! Huge portions of pulled pork and wonderful beef brisket. The ribs are ginormous tender, juicy and delicious! ... Even the sauce is perfect! We were told they are the best bbq in Jefferson and boy were they right!! Wish I lived closer, Iwould order every week!! Keep up the great BBQ!! Read more
Let me tell you pictures don't do the food justice. It's hard to find good BBQ in this area for various reasons, but Red Line... BBQ nails it. Great tasting brisket, so soft and tender; loved that you can walk past the smokers in back and smell all thewonderful goodness before even getting inside. Mac and cheese was so creamy and on point. Pricing is very reasonable. Cleanrestaurant and professional, friendly staff. You need a BBQ fix, let this place be your next stop. Read more

Had a craving for comfort food after a minor surgery. Thought we'd give Redline a try, I had the pulled pork with slaw and... beans, my husband got the brisket with mac and cheese and beans. Meats were so tender. Satisfied my craving so much that we wentback again the next day. Definitely our new comfort food go to. Fast friendly service. Highly recommend this place. Read more
