So I just came from eating Here and the manager of the restaurant working on this Friday night of Veterans Day was super rude to... me. I asked the waitress whom by the way was super nice if the price of the wings was correct so she got her manager who was awoman and the manager came back with the menu and the receipt but she came charging at me and rudely said see that’s the wingsthat’s the price and as I started to say ok just making sure of the price she threw the receipt at my face and stomped away.My son just looks at me and says what is wrong with her and I’m just in shock. The waitress apologized for her behavior andmany times and gave me extra points. There’s still no reason for the managers behavior and she shouldn’t be working there ifshe’s gonna throw receipts at peoples faces. I've been going to this BWW since I moved here in mid 2022. I love most of the staff, food is fresh af 9 times outta 10. Remya... and Dana are the only bartenders that I want from here on out. Best customer service, hella friendly if they're busy, and justall around the best service people I've ever met. 1000% eat here when they are tending bar ???? Read more
The only fly in the ointment is that the Carolina Reaper Chicken Wing Package store forgot to include the Challenge Bandana!
We walked in around 8pm, there were about 5 tables seated and 3 waitresses/bartender. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated. 2... of the 3 came by and said give me a minute, I'll be back to seat you. We were then taken to a dirty booth, when there were about4 clean booths open. The girl sat our stuff down and walked off. I just stood there. About 5 minutes later she came back andasked if there was a problem. I said this booth is dirty. She said would you like me to clean it? I said yes, but I'd also liketo sit down at one of theose clean booths. She said fine and we moved. That booth remained dirty. We had a different server andshe did a good job. The wings were good, the fries were cold. By the time we left, around 8:40, there was only one other table,and a lot of dirty tables. Great service , food came out hot and fast .. I loved that the managers came out and interacted with the customers . I love that... I got my refills very fast I just love Buffalo Wild Wings all together. Best place to eat buy one get half off on Tuesdaydefinitely can’t beat that . Great ambiance. Place is super clean and my waitress was super attentive. Got the Carolina reaper wings and the hot buffalo... traditional wings. Got 20 wings, a drink and lots of refills for 20 dollars tip included. Read more
We were visiting my in-laws and came on a Thursday night. Very friendly staff, always willing to take time to talk. Prompt... service. Tasty food served promptly. Recently (2021) refreshed the interior and it feels bright and open. Reasonably priced. Read more
Wait-person did not bring the drink I ordered or my carrots. They came back one right after bringing the food and didn't return... to the table until bringing the check. At that time I mentioned the drink, asking for it to be removed as it was on the checkbut never brought to the table. All 3 of us were out of water at that point too and no refills were ever brought oroffered. Food was correct and tasted fine. Read more
