Just recently had dental surgery and was hoping to get soup at 10:20am I know they don?t serve lunch till 10:30 but was hoping... they might have it cooked already. Girl said they can not serve lunch till 10:30..you can?t get out of DT if you don?t orderfood with out waiting in line. Waited 6 minutes for 3 cars in front of me. I know it?s not there fault I can?t wait solid foodright now but in general this chick fil a has been more of a disappointment then a satisfaction. My first visit they ignored meand didn?t let me order food while the rest of the people I was with ordered and got there food. They are slow more times thenthey are fast and they are not as friendly as every other chick fil a I?ve been to. Read more
I accidentally got into the drive thru line and didn't have my wallet. I told the worker in line this and I said I just needed... to wait to get out of line. So respectfully and kindly she gave me a free meal. It was so thoughtful and kind. This place isfantastic and demonstrates kindness on the highest level!! Read more
From Minnesota nice to Missouri nice. Cashier, Mr. Kiwi greeted us with a huge smile and he helped with our 7 people order... without hesitation. Food was at right temp and table were really clean. Same as the bathrooms. Read more
I had previously given Chick-fil-a a 5 star rating, but now I am having to knock off 2 stars. Not only did they keep shutting... down the lobby for "covid" reasons over a year afterwards, but they have shut down the kids play area permanently and made itan employee hangout. It used to be a fantastic place to bring the children, and us parents could relax and eat our dinner inpeace as they played in a safe area. Now, we come here far less often, because the kids cant understand why they cant go intheir favorite play area anymore. Less of a reason for us adults to come as well. Read more
How can you not love this place? Very clean restaurant interior, plus a quick drive-through despite the often intimidating long... line. The employees are always super kind and accommodating, and the food is always correct and served warm. Great job,Chick-Fil-A Jeff City! Read more
They accommodate my allergies without hesitation and actually said what a pleasure it was to accommodate my needs. (It's the... only fast food I can risk eating with my alpha gal syndrome caused mammalian allergy.) Not only were they swamped for dinnertime, but they were smooth going, accurate, and definitely good under pressure! Well done to the entire evening shift teamthere!!! Thank you all so much for not making my allergies feel like a bother to you. I genuinely felt happy after being servedthere! (I haven't felt that way in over a year of not going out to eat because of my allergies and COVID-19.) Drive-through washam packed but flowed easily and orders came quickly without mistakes. Ordered carry out and they mixed our order with a door dash order, then when we called to see if we could get it corrected thwy... offered to credit our Chick-fil-A app thing which still hasn't happened. Read more
