10 out of 10 will NEVER recommend?.. called 3 hours ahead to make a reservation for my wife birthday at 6pm party of 15. They... confirmed the time. We showed up at 5:45pm then they told us it?s still a 25 minute wait but we waited intel 6:51 to beseated. Once seated we waited anther 20 minute to get drink order only half showed up other half showed up 30 mins later that?swhen we order our food. At 7:54 we finally got our silverware straws an our food. Food was good an hot! Waitress was veryfriendly. Done eating by 8:05 ready at that point but took intel 8:45 for them to get a manger for them to just hurry up an ringis out.. 5:45 to 8:50 to for a meal thank you for at least serving us. But thanks for screwing up my plans for the rest of thenight?. Read more

My wife called at 6:23 pm on 10/2/2022 to place a to-go order. The person who took the order told her it would be 15-20 minutes... before the order was ready to be picked up. She walked into the restaurant at 6:40 pm and was told it would be a few minutes ona couple of items in the order. She stood in the restaurant for over 25 minutes before finally getting her order. We checked ourorder in the car to make sure everything was correct. She had to go back into the restaurant to correct an item, and we departedthe parking lot at 7:07 pm. Chili's Jefferson City Mo.. Total lack of service, Just had to walk out! Was seated at the bar with only two other patrons... present. Sat and waited to be greeted but no one ever came. Three or four employees stood in the entry to the kitchen andcontinued to have personal conversations about there children all while being aware of my lack of service i assume. After 11 or12 minutes, still no acknowledgement, I went to the hostess station and asked if any one was going to wait on me and that Iwould like to speak with the manager. Another 4-5 minutes passed and finally the manager came and apologized. She agreed that mywait was unacceptable. Nothing more than a simple apology from her was given. That was the final straw, and I was out of timeto be able to enjoy a lunch. I consider my time valuable as most do. I also would have enjoyed better use of my time designatedfor my lunch break. I was left with no time to eat lunch today due to the 15 or more minutes it took to get someone to finallyacknowledge me being in the restaurant. I went to the front desk thinking I needed to tell someone up there that I wanted a to go order. I stood there fifteen minutes... with six other person and actually hunted someone down. Then I sat beneath the sign ten minutes before someone told me I was inthe wrong spot. The to go person at 1:00 today was very discourteous. She made me repeat mg order three times, with a frown onher face the whole time. She didn?t believe me when I said the salsa was missing; I pointed it out on the menu and she stillconfirmed it with the cook like she couldn?t read. There was also a hole in my bag of chips that I caught just in time beforethey went stale. Read more

In town for business and stopped in for dinner. My server was Savanah, who I learned this was her 3rd day on the job. I... ordered my usual but to my disappointment learned they took it off the menu (Chicken fried steak dinner). I decided on the 6ozsirloin and it was fantastic. Cooked EXACTLY as requested (well done). The prompt, friendly service and contagiously funpersonality of Savanah was a pleasant surprise from the Independence, MO store (That one is pathetic). thank Savanah for theexcellent service! I went here at 5:30pm on 5-17-22 and found the whole bar area closed. The Hostess said they don?t have a bartender.. Why isn?t... there a bartender? This place gets worse every time I come here. DON?T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This place really needs newmanagement and employees to get it back to a good restaurant. The owner just needs to shut this place down if it is going toalways be like this all summer. This place is losing a lot of money the way it is being ran by someone who doesn?t care aboutthe business. This used to be a great place to eat a few years ago? Read more

It's been years since I've been to a Chili's restaurant and I was not disappointed with my visit! All Around Awesome! The... service, food, and music/vibe was everything I enjoy in a dining experience. There we were on a Friday night at 7pm justcraving a good burger... The service: we had a waiter named Edward who was timely, polite, very helpful and checked in at whatI would consider an appropriate rate. As the hubby and I ordered our appetizer and meal he helped us navigate the menu and maderecommendations. BTW, definitely try the honey Chipotle chicken crispers-they are not too spicy in my opinion and I'm pickyabout my level of spice. Food: not a long wait, everything came out cooked perfectly to order and was absolutely delicious.Except the fries-I didn't think there was anything special about those but they were good. My burger was spot on medium rareand juicy! Ambiance: classic rock! What else is there to say????! It was a lovely experience all around! They are short staffed but they made the most of what they had. We were a little annoyed that we had to wait 10 minutes for a... seat when the place looked empty. The food was good and the waiter did the best he could. Read more
