This was the worst chipotle I had ever been to! The staff were completely rude and unfriendly. They were almost completely out... of everything at 430 pm. There was only one decent worker that was trying his best to greet people and handle the business. Theyounger guy that was supposed to start the ordering process let us stand there for atleast 5 minutes without saying a word tous, and then rolled his eyes when one of the other workers asked him if we were waiting for something and responded with an "Idon't know" that sounded like we were a burden to him. My Fiance stopped to pick up an order. I ordered rice and beans in one bowl and meat in another bowl. This was probably the most... disgusting thing I've eaten in a while. Interesting enough I've been to this particular restaurant about 4 times and each timeit gets more disgusting. We live about 1 mile from there which is no reason why the food would be cold when my fiance gothome. Both choices of meat were cold, the black beans had a distinct flavor of being burned and yet they were crunchy. Theirpretty foul tasting. The meat tasted like it had been scraped from the bottom of the trash and back into a bowl and sat in thefridge.. The drink(lemonade) smells like foul toilet water and taste like sulfur and Anti diarrhea medicine. Do better guys. Inthis economy you will not survive serving this garbage. Usually my wife and I enjoy Chipotle for what it is. However, if the chipotle in Jeff City was the only ones we had ever been... too we would never have gone back. I?ve always thought companies like chipotle had a standard serving you could expect, but I?mnot exaggerating when I say these were the smallest burritos I have ever seen in my life. Primary all tortilla, and when foldedthe burrito was smaller than a standard cell phone. Im pretty sure they measured out the rice and beans with a teaspoon. Basedon other reviews that have the same findings I am reporting, maybe it is time this location gets a new manager. Absolutely feculent customer service. Would not make what I wanted. All I asked for was either a large quesadilla Or two kids... quesadillas. Employee was snotty and rude about it. Was going to order for my entire family but just decided to walk out.Welcome to the dark ages of customer service and courtesy avoid this place like the plague. So update, after being treated likegarbage we went over to McAllister?s deli up the street. We were Treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. Our food is madeswiftly and well and most importantly it was what we asked for. Take a lesson, you said no to a customer and you lost businessto another company. You lost future revenue from not only me but my family and likely Everyone else I share my experience with.It will be the last time I set foot in any Chipotle. Read more
Sadly I dropped stars down to 1 star after this last visit... I have never had an issue with this Chipotle before. We live over... an hour away and order from here anytime we pass or even get near Jeff City. Sometimes we come just for the Chipotle. We ordered4 bowls online and when we got home to eat, we were highly disappointed. Both the pollo asada bowls and both the steak bowlswere the skimpiest Chipotle bowls I have ever seen! For averaging $15/$16 a bowl, this is ridiculous and saddens me deeplybecause I have always been a huge Chipotle fan. Read more
It was VERY busy for lunch rush but the crew was killing it. I want to say there was about 20 - 30 orders ahead of me. But the... crew was fast and kept a steady pace with each other. Their hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Idk what your paying them but giveall of them a raise. Read more
