Always have my order fresh and on time. I will apologize. The app said my pizza was delivered and but hadn?t been. I clicked the... follow up on the site when I should have called first. When I called, the young man explained how the driver was still in myarea but the app must have tracked him when he passed by making it appear it had been delivered. I don't order very often so when my curbside pickup took way longer than it should have I was pretty disappointed. There were... workers inside standing around doing nothing and all I ordered was a side. Prolly sat waiting for close to an hour and myhusband had to finally go in to get our order. He was told that our order wasn't put in as a curbside pickup. But everythingabout my order emails was detailed like it was. I've never been so unhappy with this place. Read more
Let's start from the beginning. It took more than 10 minutes to place my order. Specifically asked for and pay for extra cheese... on both pizzas. Even asked for them to make a special notation on the order form. NOPE, you would have thought that I asked tohave light cheese. Why can't Domino's get it right. I don't know why I keep going to this Domino's it's closest to the house but I obviously need to choose another one because I've... never seen so much incompetence gathered together in one place. Today I ordered my order online to be picked up or said will bedone between 6:47 and 6:57. I show up at 5 after 7:00 at which point they hand me 3/4 of my order and tell me they're waiting onthe rest to come out of the oven so while I'm waiting my order sits there on the counter in front of me getting cold while I'mwaiting for one item they forgot to cook to get done I finally walked out of there at 7:17, 30 minutes after the app told me myorder would be done. No apologies no discount for the extra wait no coupon for next visit and when I say something about it Iget attitude from this little punk at the counter who incidentally looks and smells like he could use a shave and a shower. Butthen againb if you can't correctly perform probably one of the easiest jobs in America then showering and shaving is probablytoo much to ask for. Read more
I drove to Domino's and placed my order indoors. I told them I would be waiting in the car, and they said it should be ready in... about 18 minutes. After about 25 minutes, I went back inside and asked about the status of my order. They said it was ready, butthat they do not take orders to customers outdoors if you place the order inside. They didn't offer to give me the pizza, muchless at a discount. I left empty-handed. I suppose I have learned my lesson with them. Read more
Was wanting BUFFALO WINGS and zipped in and got it quick ! Within 10 minutes I had my supper... Great job y'all .
