The pizza was awful. Dry cold like it had been sitting out for a while. However the delivery driver was very pleasant.
Just wanted to say thanks for the cold pizza, tastes like it was sitting out for an hour and thank you again for answering the... phone when we called to see if it would be better to come pick up said pizza. Thank you so very much for having your staffstanding around with the phones on mute. Really you guy are the best. Ordered pizza at 6p. Delivery person left pizza sitting on the front step. Found the pizza at 8p covered in ants. Called the... store. They said they'd remake and deliver. Here it is 945p and still no pizza Read more
NOT ALWAYS had to edit my review::Always hot and fresh, love this location and staff is always so friendly, original... review...well was until tonight, my husband went to pick up our order and my $3 coupon that this store gave me as a pick up tipwouldn't attach while placing our order so we thought they'd just take it off when we picked up WRONG, the kid was very rudeabout it and told my husband to take it up with corporate ok we will be doing that, plus he checked our pizzas and they wereburnt in the middle anyways so he just left..as we have ordered here many times but don't plan to anymore. The manager answered the phone rudely, automatically assumed I wanted to use a coupon that was online only and kept cutting me... off when I was trying to place an order and the site was down and that the call center had sent me to this location. Told merudely that my location was outside of the delivery range and hung up in my face abruptly as I began to ask another question.Just a bit of compassion and active listening could?ve made all the difference in that short interaction.
