Drive thu needs repairs. Pot holes that could swallow a small car. Oil needs to be changed more than once a month. Service... really good. Friendly service and seemed to be happy workers. Read more

Well the lady there had a bad attitude she was mad that the guy in front of her got mad because she took too long to get order... probably took her about 15 minutes of telling me about that before she gave me the order that I was picking up bad attitudepeople she said she gets paid the same no matter what I highly suggest not going here not to mention it's not very hygienic Read more

The biscuits and gravy and coffee we ordered was very good, and we got our food quickly. What made our experience enjoyable was... Sarah, the Hardees' employee who waited on us. She had a very pleasant personality and demeanor. She greeted us with a smileand also checked on us after we sat down to make sure everything was okay. Thank you, Sarah. Good food and service. we came in today with a list of 15 individual orders for Moniteau SB40. when we arrived the doors were... locked and we were informed the lobby was closed do to understaffing. the manager was very kind and professional even letting me and 6 of our individuals that road along come in and sit, in the lobby while the manager and what available staff they hadgot our orders made up and and packed for transport. even understaffed this manager and crew were able to get 14 out of 15orders spot on and was one of the most easiest "order out day" pass outs thanks to everything being labeled not only with thereceipts but with our individuals initials on each bag and drink. our food was made fast and was still hot with almost 100%accuracy. thank you so much for making a " eat out day " so easy on our staff and a great experience for our 6 individuals thatroad along today! Ordered food for four people. No large combos. All small drinks/fries. Cost......$50.00. I get to the window, confused by... the price, I ask for a receipt. To which they say, our printer is down. The sign on the window reads cash payment can bedocumented electronically. I point this out. They get my email. Had me pull forward to wait for my food.(I hate that. Terrible corporate decision) then they bring the food, magically the printer worked. Get home, the got my order wrong. Noteating there again. Read more

I'm glad we were not able to order food there tonight. Closed before 9:30pm and supposed to close at 10pm. But hey, my Wendy's... Baconator with jalapeno bacon fries is delicious!!! Who knows how well the food would have been if they wanted to close thatearly. Thanks for not answering drive thru!! I'll remember for next time! Read more
