Stopped for a sandwich while in town on business...this location did a fantastic job...the store was clean and the service was... freaky fast and fresh! The Tom Turkey sandwich I think even had a little extra toppings to make it even more delicious. Toobad they were out of turkey the next day, had to pass but will return next time I'm in town. First time eating Jimmy John's and the family and I were very impressed, fresh and very good sandwich and speedy delivery.
I have visited several JJ locations, but this one always seems to outperform all the rest! They always greet you with a smile... and "how are you doing?" when walking into their restaurant. They are fast, but accurate which is important to get the sandwichyou like. The staff is always super friendly and working hard. Read more
The customer service was terrible. Employees wouldn?t hardly speak to me, and had terrible etiquette. I got back to my workplace... to eat the food I ordered only to realize I wasted $10 because my sandwich was covered in mold. Not up to JJ standard at all. Read more
Last night I ordered my usual & went to work. I got into my sandwich a while later, & imagine my surprise when I opened it there... was no meat! ???????? I have been eating there almost a year & have NEVER had a complaint, I'm sure it was an honest mistake??????? Needless to say, I ended up eating some of it cause I was absolutely STARVING ???? Anyways, I call this afternoon &explain the situation. They gladly are going to give me a credit. ???? A little kindness goes a long ways! Love Jimmy John's on Truman Blvd. The staff is always polite and helpful. I also like that they honor military and veterans by... giving us a free drink. This place is awesome and always super clean. The also give away FREE SMELLS. You can't beat that!!! Read more
