First... we only came to Longhorn because the wait at other steakhouses was almost an hour and there was literally no wait here.... That was clue 1. (It's Friday night, about 7pm.) It took 10min before a server even came to the table and that's onlybecause we asked another server if they knew who our server was. (Clue#2) Our server took our drink and appetizer order, 15minlater our drinks finally show up. At this point we place our main course order. 10min later our appetizer shows up. We orderedseasoned chicken wings..they were oook, nothing fabulous but I'd never order them again. We wait another 15-20min and not oneof the side salad that we ordered with our meals has came yet. Finally our salad came, we ate them and waited.......and waitedand waited for another 15min before our main course shows up. Each of us order a steak. Mine was ordered medium but it wasmore medium well but still edible. My husband ordered rare and it was rare, he liked it, our friend ordered medium rare and hisended up well done. We tell our server (she actually noticed the steak was incorrect when she walked up to the table) sheoffered to get another made but after looking at our phones, we have already been in Longhorn for 1 hour 50min!!!! So we opt forit to be taken off the bill so we can just leave. All in all, not a very good experience. Next time we'll wait the hour onsomeone else's waiting list. Read more
Meat was a little salty, but I like that way. a lot of people don't like it salty but they cooked it for me nice and juicy and... kept my soda full. I also had a side of pretty good Mac and cheese, I order Mac and cheese any tme I eat out and I think theirsis top three right now... very good. I'll be back if I ever wind up in Missouri again. I was with family and they chose LongHorn Steakhouse. I'm not a fan of super crowded, loud eateries. And it was super crowded... and very loud. The service was good. The food was exactly what everyone ordered and prepared well. The seating is closetogether, tables are close together. It was really hot and no one could hear each other without basically shouting. We were a group of 14 for lunch .They accommodated very well. Wait staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent... at moderate prices and a great menu to choose from . The bread They serve was brought out readily until the end! Will bereturning at our earliest convenience! Read more
Food was great. Portions were huge. We ordered drinks and appetizer before food. I had the fruit pecan salad. Best salad I have... ever had. Service was nice and friendly. We chose this place for food but also they are open til 10 which is convenient for alate dinner. Read more
Went for dinner and the entire experience was nothing less than perfect. We were seated immediately and the young man taking our... order was wonderful. He brought us our food hot, was pleasant and completely attentive to us. The food was hot and tasted reallygood. It was a really great experience and I'll definitely go back. Read more
Food and service was great, but we were informed they were out of burgers, 6 oz steaks and something else I don't recall. I... understand these things happen, but it was half the menu. Restaurant was clean but the women's restroom had a very strong sewagesmell. Read more
