Good food. Soda price is outrageous. Food is brought to you, but basically it is self-service, which is why I rated only 4... ?. Roger Hoyt Upon this return visit, I was sorely disappointed; I encountered an old and recurring problem that I hadexperienced with McAlister's in a state where I previously lived--stale, or near-stale bread. I ordered the Angus club, and thebread was noticeably not fresh. In addition, I ordered the lemonade from the soda fountain, for an advertised $1.79, butreceived, and was charged for, the larger lemonade at $3.99. Furthermore, I asked for Mrs. Vickie's sea salt chips, but gotMcAlister's Spud Chips, which were soaked in cooking oil, were soggy and un-chewable; worst chips I have ever had, anywhere. Iam once again put-off by this deli and will not return. Back down to 2 Stars--and, really, that's being charitable. We have had delivery from McAlister's on several occasions and until today everything has always been great. After receiving... the order that was placed for Dinner today I think I am done with this chain and ordering from other chains as well. Thank YouMcAlisters, you are going to save my family a lot of money. The Nachos that were ordered were nothing more than a handful ofchips and not mush else. I do not expect food to look like the staged photos on your web site but come on! At least the Chiliwas hot. You get one star as it will not let me post without a rating. Read more

I'm sure the food is quite good. Looks good anyway. I've considered ordering twice. But each time I go through the menu 3/4 of... the items I'd like are "not available at this locationi." A ham and cheese melt? Really??? Read more
The food was delicious and big portions. The tortilla soup was spicy. Good customer service and price lil high but its worthy.
Has vegetarian options: 1. Veggie spud (~$8) 2. Veggie chilli (~$5) 3. Veggie salad 4. Veggie sandwiche (~$7)
First time to get literally inedible food. Veggie Spud had obviously been sitting, already made, for a LONG time. Skin was burnt... and hard as a rock. The only vegetable that was identifiable was broccoli. Rest of the veggies were the slimy skin part only.Majority of what cheese sauce that was on it, was the bottom of the pan burnt chewy brown stuff you'd throw out. Pics of burntcheese, veggie slime, and potato skin that literally separated from itself. I did takeout and should have known something waswrong when I got 2 potatoes, the other was equally disgusting, and soup in 10-12 minutes. Didn't check order because #1-alwayspreviously had great food when dining in, and #2 I live out of town. $29 with tip wasted.. Read more
