Went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon and sat for over 45mins!! Ridiculous for a Sunday afternoon. When I finally got... up to the window I mentioned the wait time to the girl and she never offered an apology all she had to say about it, was a lotof people came into the dining room dressed really nice, she didn?t know what was going on? seriously, Church was out but thatshould have affected them in the least. Why in the world should we have had to wait over 45mins to get through the drive thru,and once your in it you can?t leave your stuck!! I have tried calling several times and no response. They should have offered usa free drink or something. This was the worst service ever!! And my salad was brown and disgusting I had to throw it out!! Read more

If my first and only Panera Bread experience had been like this one, I would?ve been a fan LONG time again! The food, service,... cleanliness, food turn over time was terrific. They handle our very large BUS LOAD of TEENAGERS like a champ. All the food wasfresh and oh so good! If all the Panera Breads are as good as this one then I?m a fan from now on! BUT? and it pains me to writethis?they have to get an efficient dishwashing service cause YUCK! I took my 8th spoon to the bathroom and washed it in thesink! Read more

Mornings are real nice to go in, get some coffee, and do some work. At lunch it gets pretty busy and a little louder. The coffee... is great especially the Hazelnut brewed coffee. I can hardly resist buying a cinnamon roll too. They are close to best in town. Read more
I was just passing through Jeff City and decided to grab a salad at Panera. This seems like it might be a new store, but I'm not... all that familiar with Jeff City, so not sure. The staff here was incredibly friendly! This was the first time I've ever hadthe 99-cent pastry with a meal purchase offered, and, of course, took full advantage of that! I ordered a pick-two soup andsalad, but got the full sized items. I will have to check my receipt to see what I was charged for. Panera has prettyconsistent quality and I'm usually satisfied with whatever I get. This visit was no different. Read more
20 minutes wait, one car in drive. The lady who took my order, took my momey, made my food without gloves. I watched the staff... do 100 things before they microwaved my food and came to the window same girl. Said sorry had to make it fresh....like i watchedto grab the bag of mac and cheese and then you microwaved it....lmao Fresh. Sip club- no large drinks. No baguettes Seriouslyhorrible experience. You sell $11 mac and cheese and i so wished id went home and made my own "fresh" as it would have beenfaster. Read more
