I have never ordered from this place before. I did so for my son?s birthday party. The pizza was absolutely amazing! We ordered... both thin crust and regular crust with toppings and they both baked beautifully. We will definitely eat from this place againand I highly recommend it! Read more

I ordered 3 pizzas and paid via online tonight. We received confirmation that our order would be ready at 6:49 pm. Arrived at... the door at 6:50 to find it locked. There was someone working at the cash register that just wanted to tell us he was closed. Wecould see the order ready on the shelf but had to convince him that was ours. Last time I checked, 6:50 was not 7:00. A phonenumber was provided with the order. If they needed to close early, they should have called. Read more

I don?t know what is going on with this Papa Murphy?s but I think they really need a change in management. I am a regular... customer and the past several times I have arrived my pizza has not been ready. I order several hours in advance on the App. Tomake matters worse they always seem to add ingredients I my pizza that I asked to be removed such as onions. There?s even beenone pizza in the last few weeks they added spinach to and the pizza doesn?t even have that as an option. I think it?s going tobe time to take my business else where as this is horrible customer service. Good luck to anyone who tries to order from here inthe future. Read more

This place is awesome. One of my most favorite places to get pizza... AND they know how to make things right! My last... experience was not superb, but the workers were super nice and we got a pizza with all the things we had originally wanted onthe pizza. Read more

I really enjoy Papa Murphy?s Pizza, it has always been our go-to when we want pizza. Unfortunately our recent order was awful...... but maybe it was my fault for creating my own or maybe they were training new personnel. But we ended up with a pizza with nocheese, no chicken and almost no sauce (when I ordered it with extra creamy garlic sauce). It was just dough vegetables.Incredibly disappointing. On top of that I could not go back on the app to see if I had done something wrong or if they didsomething wrong. One thing is for sure, I doubt I will ever create my own pizza, because that was a bad idea. It was a yuckypizza. Read more

Today was pi day and when we picked up our pizza it was crazy busy! The employees were working quickly and doing their best to... make sure everyone was taken care of. I know there were some orders not done at pick up time, mine was one of them, but thestaff were doing a great job getting everyone taken care of.
