Ordered double meat and cheese burrito for breakfast opened it at work only to find it slightly bigger than the salsa packet.
I use to drive further to go to this Sonic verses the one that is within walking distance of my house, but I'm ready to give up... on this one also. The service at this one seems to be going down hill also. Half price burgers equals half the effort in makingyour order right. Most recent visit none of the burgers were made to order it was more like they tossed a few toppings on tomake it look like they tried. As usual they omitted the bacon I paid for. I called them out on this on time and they tried tosay I didn't order it. My receipt said different. They also omitted the sweet tea out of my half and half tea. Don't waste yourmoney on add-ons you probably wont get them anyway. I rarely get fruit in my cherry limeade, much less the extra fruit I payfor. Read more
All I got was a cherry lime-aid. It was cold and refreshing. Then it got wedged in my cupholder. I tried to wiggle it out and so... began... THE INCIDENT! Its happened to all of us. I know its not just me. ANYWAY, I was experiencing a bit of difficulty as Itried to wiggle the route 44 size beverage loose enough so I could free it to take a drink. We all know what happens next,right? Yes! My thumb and forefinger simultaneously broke through the styrofoam at the rim of the cup causing both sides to crackand the result was a flash flood of cherry limeade that promptly filled up both cup holders in the console. Like usual in thistype of situation my instincts automatically kicked in. I combined my gift of lightning quick thinking with my highly developedrazor fast reflexes and blindly grabbed at styrofoam cup a few more times creating more cracks and effectively spilling theentire contents of my sticky beverage absolutely and completely. Of course it didn't just fill the cup holders. It wenteverywhere. All over my hand and my arm. All over both of my seats. Running down the seats to all of the nooks and crannies thatare really hard to reach when I'm trying to clean out my car. It completed it's journey by running down to the floorboards andall over my cute new shoes. And of course I was on the Highway by this point and nowhere near a place I could pull off to getpaper towels or anything to alleviate the stickiness that was all over me and my car. So went to this location today and ordered 3 bacon double cheeseburgers and a blackberry Coke Zero. When we received the order... we checked and no burgers had any bacon. When we told them of it they just threw a bag of bacon at us to assemble oursandwiches. The blackberry Coke Zero was just regular Coke Zero. The kid working the window was very rude m. Seems like everytime we?ve gone there recently they always make the orders wrong or you don?t get everything you ordered. I think we?re donewith this location for a while until some competent people start working there. Read more
I ordered a simple meal. #2 Plain 2 corn dogs and chili cheese tots. they came out w jus cheese tots, cold cheese, tots were... hard. fries were cold. my burger wasn't even a plain #2 it was jus two buns and a half of a patty! no cheese either. Read more
*UPDATE from 1 to 3 stars! In the past couple of months the service has greatly improved. My drinks and food have been made... correctly for the past 4-5 trips in a row and the new carhops are super sweet! They do need to clean up the lot and make somerepairs. Maybe, speed up service. But, I will say that I grow patience when everything is done correctly so thank you! From myprevious review that consisted of complaints due to loud rap and dirty restrooms with rude carhops I would say this is a bigleap forward! Great job! Read more
Sonic has change, been a while since I eat sonic and always was good because is expensive compared to other fast food places but... not this time,this time order a classic chicken sandwich that was really small and burn as you can see on the picture. I know weall make mistakes that sometimes we don't notice but I'm sure the cook seen that bun when put on that patty! Read more
