Super slow service, they were out of the flavor of milkshake I wanted and they got my order wrong. Before I could even say it... was fine and scrape off the cheese, the waiter took my plate and said he would fix it. So I sat and watched the rest of my tableeat while my plate was remade. Jeff was very rude today. His overall tone, attitude, and rushing whilst ordering was unneeded and unnecessary?.do better.
They did a great job. Unfortunately, they are under staffed like many restaurants are these days. One server for the entire... place. She ran her behind off and she had our orders correct. The food was made well and delivered as quick as could beexpected. In fact it was faster than other places in have been to recently that have more wait staff available. Read more
My first time at a Steak 'n Shake. Definitely enjoyed the shake. I liked the affordability of the items on the menu and the... taste of the product was acceptable to my standards. Nothing goes together better than a steak burger and a shake. This Steak n Shake location had great service, they were really... great to the kids with our group, they loved the paper hats and kid craft project they passed out. I enjoy Steak 'n Shake in different states better than I did this location but can't complain as the prices are reasonable and... food taste above average. Service was mediocre but our waitress was pleasant. Can't go wrong with any of their burgers andfries. The chili was okay. Then there's the shakes which are made the old fashion way. Read more
