The Chamber of Commerce should run this place out on a rail. Burger King corporate should shut it down, because after eating... there, I really don't know that I could stomach any other Burger King menu items. I live in the area and I've given this placechance after chance, but there's always something wrong with our order especially if you're ordering and impossible whopper,which they apparently have not been trained on how to make. I ordered one yesterday and it was like a rubber tire. Burger King is the bottom of the barrel in terms of food quality and quantity. They were out of their featured item so instead... of making a wise decision and going somewhere else I've got a disgusting cheesy sandwich with some questionable sauce that I'venever even tasted before yum. definitely will not be coming back Read more

I've came for a chicken club salad with heavy bacon and twice they gave me no bacon and old chicken. Lol I just wanted average... customer service. I don't think I'm asking for much. I didn't even get an apology for handing me a salad with no bacon when Iordered heavy bacon. Read more
If it was a rating scale I would rate the food probably a six out of 10 cleanliness of the store would be rated a 1 cleanliness... of the bathroom I would say a 4 but the building on the inside is extremely hot and Smoky not sure if their air conditioner isbroken or if they're ventilation system is broken or maybe both are but it was 90° outside and inside the building it felt likeit was even hotter I feel sorry for the workers that work there dealing with all the heat Read more
I sat in the line from 9:40pm to 9:50pm nobody spoke to me not even say they wasn?t taking orders. Then the lights went off in... the drive thru and still nobody said anything. So I pulled off. I seen they had a couple people at the window. I checkedinternet and it says they close at 11pm. So I am here at McDonald?s picking my husband?s food up. They had 4 cars behind me. I hate to give a bad review, I really do as usually their food is pretty decent. But this morning after ordering, getting home,... eating, etc., went to dump the ice from my cup and noticed something odd within the cube. Upon further inspection, it was aGerman cockroach! I called to let them know and to address the issue. They said they would sanitize, clean and connect with alocal terminex. Will this happen? I don?t truly know so don?t want to speculate. But I can tell you it was an incrediblydisheartening experience. Part of me wants to connect with corporate while the other side wants to give them the benefit of thedoubt. Read more
