Greatest fast food, hands down!

Limited menu, but they are usually quick, very friendly, and have good food!

It's on Carson Newman campus so doesn't offer all normal menu items but still a good chik fil a.

This restaurant is located inside Carson Newman University on the 2nd floor and it's primarily open to students Only, and... therefore should not be listed on Google maps. This location does not adhere to advertised hours of operation and is currentlyclosed for summer break. I have visited here several times throughout the year only to find it closed each and every visit. Ireally wish it was located outside of the university and operated like the rest of the chain stores are. This location is trulya disappointment compared to other locations. Read more

You all need to fix your hours online. It says you are open on Saturdays from 11-3 but you all aren't open at all

This restuarant should not be advertised as a Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A is not like others. It is privately owned and... operated. A customer cannot pay with a giftcard and they do not use the Chick-fil-A App to recieve or redeem points for yourorder. Half of the normal menu is unavailable and the chicken is below satisfaction. The Lemonade is fake and they do not servepellet ice. This restuarant is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A name. Read more
