Been waiting 2 hours on our pizza. Called to see where it was at and was told we only have two people working and hung the phone... up. Make people come get their pizza, Problem solved and if you don?t like your job go get a new one. Read more
I was at Jefferson City Dominos and it was EXTREMELY HOT in this place and I was told they'd been trying to get it fixed but... hadn't yet. Really your going to work your employees in this heat without any air and them with those ovens being hot as well.You make enough money to get that fixed for your workers and your customers very disappointed in you. And it makes you thinkabout how much sweat is being dropped in our food. I couldn't believe it..,... And when you pay for Blue Cheese you should getit not ranch. Sad day for service, and excuses that didn?t add up! After waiting 15 minutes for car-side delivery I went in only to be told... they lost my pizzas due to printer malfunction but amazingly found them about 5 minutes later with printed ticket intact on oneand partially remaining where it had been torn off the second. I was asked to wait outside while the rest of my order was remade(while the initial order got cold)... disappointing! Read more
I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant. This location has consistently sent me stuff like this. I've gave them... numerous chances but never again. Really dominos?? This is your standard quality? Something needs to change or they need to beshut down. Read more
