I had ketchup on my burger for lunch today, and I requested it to not be there. No worries though... I still ate it.
If i could give them a no star review i would. The most inconsistance bunch of ppl. One day my order will be perfect the next... time im there its not. I havent been to a hardee's in almost a year because of this. So i guess i like abuse because i thought iwould give them a try again. I always get the large biscuit and gravy combo with a large sprite no ice and i get asked if u hadthe frisco. So i guess ill try back in another year Read more

Live out of town and came through to order breakfast on my way home. Drinks were all unmarked and flat. We were shorted two of... our hashbrowns. When we tried to call and get help with our order we got an automated service that basically hung up on us anddidn?t give us an option to leave a message. Terrible service, wrong food and no effort to recover customers when things happen.This is a place to avoid. Read more
Fries taste very old, Sprite taste nasty, burger was mediocre I had to throw out the sprite and fries and only ate half the... burger. I have had a bad after taste in my mouth for a couple hours now and feel sick to my stomach. I felt fine before I atebut the food tasted old like very old. Read more
Ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich, per my usual. It's about 50/50 that they get it right. Seriously disappointed when we... got home and what had looked pain when we checked the bag, it was covered in sauce. My problem with that - the bread gets soggy.Tried wiping it off, but the bread was very soggy (I live less than a mile away). After I cut off the nasty part, I was leftwith little lunch. The flow of product is what keeps restaurants to float. The truth is its the CUSTOMER SERVICE! When your customers pay and do... not get their order, your service has failed to do their job; We the customers pay for! Food is never fresh! I never get what Iorder! Drinks are always wrong! The cashier that waited on my husband and I,was so stoned out of her head , it was hard for her to comprehend the order, I... called back to talk with one of the managers to tell her , that it?s pretty bad when a customer notices , and she nonchalantsaid yes , we called her in and she had already taken her meds.
