This location is a joke. I have an issue with them often Whether it's customer service (or lack there of) or them not making... food correctly. I mean, really, how hard can it be to make a burger correctly or a coffee. I guess they like to hire incompetenthigh school kids, and don't bother training well. I am definitely going to be speaking with the manager of this location, andwill be trying to speak with their boss. Enough is enough, and I can only take so much.. Manager needs to step it up. Second time we've gone here and it failed to meet our expectations. Last time we went to the drive... thru they gave me the wrong drink order, so I went inside and waited for someone to acknowledge me. A few minutes went by andthe manager finally approached me and gave me my drink order which was melted. This time, our burgers were a bit crispy and ourfries were barely warm and seemed like they had been sitting a while. In addition, customer service is lacking.
