Food was not warm totally cold , The drink wasn't sweet tea it was water down color water lots of ice gross. trash can's was... over filled inside & outside. Not customer service friendly. This location is a joke. I have an issue with them often Whether it's customer service (or lack there of) or them not making... food correctly. I mean, really, how hard can it be to make a burger correctly or a coffee. I guess they like to hire incompetenthigh school kids, and don't bother training well. I am definitely going to be speaking with the manager of this location, andwill be trying to speak with their boss. Enough is enough, and I can only take so much.. Manager needs to step it up. Second time we've gone here and it failed to meet our expectations. Last time we went to the drive... thru they gave me the wrong drink order, so I went inside and waited for someone to acknowledge me. A few minutes went by andthe manager finally approached me and gave me my drink order which was melted. This time, our burgers were a bit crispy and ourfries were barely warm and seemed like they had been sitting a while. In addition, customer service is lacking. This place is probably the worst McDonald?s in this area. No one has a clue what they?re doing there, no on cares about customer... service, everyone is rude minus a few employees. My fiancé I went through and were trying to use the mobile app. There was anissue with it when we tied to redeem the code so we asked them to try it again over the speaker but it still wouldn?t work. Sowe pulled up and tried to show them one last time and it wouldn?t work. So no big deal. We were just going to use it anothertime. Well, we pull up to the food pick up window and the girl who gave us our food was very rude. She didn?t say one word tous, practically threw the food at us(yes I?m exaggerating but barely gave us time to get it). And then she slammed the doorwithout saying one word to us the entire time. This restaurant has by far gone downhill there are so many things that could be said about this restaurant but I will just go... into small detail we spent 45 minutes waiting on two kids meals double cheeseburgers and a few other items the french fries werecompletely old look like they've been sitting there for days the hamburger was old and dried out looks as if somebody may havepulled a piece all for her I mean possibly could have got stuck to the grill but that shouldn't have been served the way itlooked also was made incorrectly the cleanliness of the restaurant very poor bathrooms smelled awful there was no no papertowels no hand soap floors were disgusting toilets were dirty tables hadn't been wiped down or swept overall I would give themif I had to write a zero they need to step up their game employees standing around doing nothing but being on their phonesmaking food without gloves or half the staff not even wearing proper uniform like I said the list could go on as to what wasthings this evening you spend a lot of money on food that was not worth it recommendation I would never go back Read more
I would just like to say the manager and employees working at the time was pleasant and very kind not to mention patient with my... order. This was the first time at any fast food restaurant that manager personally checked to make sure all items ordered whereplaced in the bags and sorry ahead of time Dawn but you are a a true manager and caring human. I was with my mom and they got the order completely messed up and when usually they won't accept the food back because of COVID... rules they start demanding for everything so we hand them the wrong stuff and the girl drops it then proceeds to yell at my momthat she was throwing the food at her and that's harassment!!!
